Found out yesterday, that I'm oficially a size XS now! :-) or 34 in Norway. Size 6 in UK, and size 2 in US, I think..
Hello! I was wondering if you could do a detailed post sharing what you did to lose all the weight? Eg. How many calories you ate per day/week, what kind of exercises did you do? I'm same height as you and about 54kgs. I want to get down to 45kg as well!

I do not count my calories and I do not exercise at the moment. (I don't count calories cuz I don't want to be too obsessive about my weight loss, don't wanna go mental:P ..get an ED that is.. I've been there some years ago, especially in 2009 & also 2011, and it's not to recomend).
So.. I belive the key to succsess, is to not starve yourself too much, but to eat what u want (should be healthy) but just cut back on the intake! Don't eat so much of it! Stop eating before u feel full. That is what I do.
Reacently I've been eating alot of smoothies and fruits in general, such as bananas, dates etc.
I use soy milk and coconut milk in my smoothies, also bananas (one frozen, one not), dates, frozen berrys n fruits (mango, pinapple, strawberries, blueberries..) I just love smoothies!<3
I also drink coffee and grean tea. And when I make some kind of dinner, wok with vegetables, I spice it up with chilli and pepper to speed up my digestion. :-)
I also drink ALOT of cold, fresh water!
I honestly don't have cravings. Think it's cuz I eat alot of sweet fruit, such as bananas and dates.
So that's my tips for u, hope u liked it!? :-)
