  2. Tnx for comment:-)
Well, these several weeks, when I lost all the weight, I've not been eating anything special. The clue is not WHAT you eat, but rather HOW MUCH u eat - always remember that! Ofc u should eat healthy, but don't focus so much about diets and stuff. Just don't eat that much, and take your vitamins! My motto: "You can't be small if u eat it all"! :D If u exercise too it will go faster.
    I wish u good luck!

  5. I'm glad you succeed what you aim to do.
    About 2 months ago I wanted to lose weight. I'm 189cm (6'2 feet) and I was 95 kg (209 lbs)now I'm 83 kg (183 lbs).
And I felt so good you shared your experiment to be skinny -It's not possible for a guy like me but I'm glad for the ladies who wants to-.
I've already seen your blog and videos on youtube, so I wanted to share my opinion. By the way you look great ;)

  6. Looks really amazing! Congratulations!
So thin and yet sexy body ;)
Are you open to suggestions? a small bikini would be perfect for a nice body like yours, following the orange one style of 11' november video, or maybe smaller, since you are now skinnier ;)

Again, congratulations for reaching your goal and for such a beautiful body!

  8. I was wondering if you could answer a few questions, since you have the body I am trying to get for my wedding which is in Sept. Right now I am 116lbs, I want to be around 110 or so, my issue is more with the extra flab around my upper arms, belly, and I want a little bit around my legs to go (they arent too bad atm). So should I go get protein drinks, and make sure I eat under 1000 calories? I was sticking to under 1200, but I feel as though nothing is working and I am seeing no results. I work out about 10 minutes after I get out of school every day. What type of vitamins do you take? Any suggestions on how I can get out of this struggle?

    1. Keep in mind that muscle weighs more then fat and burns more calories. My point? Unless you lift weights, you aren't going to see the results. Plus, it is healthier to have some fat on us. Even bodybuilders don't keep the ultra-low fat body all year round. ;)

      Answer to your question:
With that in mind, Getting rid of extra flab? Lift weights and do cardio, both using Double down and HIIT approach(on non-weight training days). M, W, F (days): I do 3 sets, 3 reps of heavy weights in AM, and 6 hours later, do 2 sets, 12 reps of LIGHT weights in the PM, and only 3 days a week. The last rep should be difficult, but not strenuous!

Then do Elliptical machine, and other cardio, and NO HIIT (especially if doing double down on weights). I do only moderate pace for 4 minutes, then jog for 2 minutes at good pace, but I never make it intense.

What this does is help you burn calories long after you finished working out.

T, TH (days): I do double down Cardio only - 1 minute very intense, 2-4 minutes moderate pace. Repeat for thirty minutes. This is the HIIT approach (High intensity interval training). Saturday I only do 1 cardio workout, with HIIT only for 3 minutes, with the rest of the time being moderate - faster, but not intense pace; and Sunday I REST - completely! Your body needs to rest, or you'll burn out. Also, the stronger you are, the more calories you'll burn. If you feel pain, or out of breath - rest! Pain = stop.

How much weight? I'm using about 70% of my max weight I can lift in 1 rep for high weights, low reps. Then, I use whatever weight I can lift 12 times with the 12th lift being hard, but not overly taxing.

      Diet:
You need to eat AT LEAST 1600 calories per day, and workout, or your body will NOT lose any fat as it will go into starvation mode. Also, you need muscles to replace that fat, so if you aren't lifting weights, you aren't going to see good results.

Carbs before working out (2 servings of Rice Chex cereal is what I eat).

Weigh yourself before you workout, then again after you work out. Drink the amount you lost, in water (with electrolytes - plain smart water is the best).

Then, eat lots of protein. (Almonds, Soy milk, Tofu, Chia seeds). SKIP the protein drinks as you can get better results from Tofu. Dairy does NOT help you. And all those drinks contain whey which is dairy. You want to eat 1 gm of protein for every 2 pounds you weigh. (Some say 1 pound, but that is for men who lift weights for a living.) The carbs should be around 6 oz. brown rice, and the rest all in healthy vegetables (mix between raw and cooked).

Try gluten free, dairy free, and see if you notice any difference in your health after 8 weeks. If you notice gurgling in your stomach after eating dairy, then you have a dairy intolerance (is what some doctors are now saying.) Vegan with appropriate B12 supplemented drinks and cereals, is much healthier (less chance of diabetes and Alzheimer's - latest research courtesy of Dr. Neal Barnard and other PCMA doctors.)

Lastly, some people will always have a little stomach pouch only because that is how their body is made naturally. So, if you are like me, then don't try to get rid of all of the fat there, as it won't be healthy for you.
      Best wishes! Congrats!

    2. I call bullshit. Everyone's body is different. I'm 1m 92cm (6' 4'' or so, I think), and weighed ~155 / 350 pounds. I lost 48 kg / 106 pounds in 8 months, and I went lower than 1600 calories a day.

The trick is to f*** with the carbohydrate tolerance. Proteine shakes (and water), chicken and some red peppers were what I drank/ate along with vitamins/fish oil. As mentioned - carb tolerance is the way to go - tofu? Brown rice? Doesn't sound like you know what it's like to drop, when overweight, you stay the f*** away from carbs for 4 days, then eat what you feel like on the 5th day. Rinse and repeat.

    1. Actually, I'm not exercing at all...! :P I know I should, and I intend to start over new years.. I'm a student, sitting on my butt reading all day. I eat whatever I want - icecream, chocolate, bread, etc etc. But I eat small portions and I don't eat so much during one day. I don't have cravings, and my appetite is reduced. Don't know why, but I'm not so much into food as I was before... <3

  15. I'm 165cm and weight about 47kgs for now. Actually I paid a lot of efforts lose those weights, used up 1 year and lose 10kgs. I feel good now. But everyone beside me criticises my eating habit and made me almost give up my diet lifestyle. ( I don't understand why they think that drinking soy milk and having biscuits as breakfast is very miserable...) But i've seen your post and feel motivated to continue my fitness life again. Thanks for posting this=)

  19. Hi, I'm Marion and I'm 14 years old. I currently weigh 148 LB (67 KG). I am the same height as you. It is currently January of 2014 and I want to lose weight. I want to be 100 LB (45KG) by June. Help me please? What did you eat? How much did you eat? How long did it take you to lose weight? When you first started how much did you weigh? What did you do to exercise? If you went to the gym then how can I substitute the gym? I used to smoke and recently quit a little over a month ago so it is hard to run or jog. Then I have asthma. Which makes it even harder. Help? Please? I have allot of plans of going to outdoor concerts this summer and I want to be pretty and skinny and I want to be able to walk around with a bikini top on and some shorts without love handles or jiggling I want to be pretty. Please, help me? Sincerely, Marion.

    1. Hi Marion:)
I really don't have a diet plan or anything like that. I don't count calories anymore. I did, some years ago - and I got alittle obsessed with it, I never lost so much weight back then. I think it's because I obsessed about it, I couldn't relax - I was thinking of food all the time, every minute of every day - that's not good. cuz then u will be likely to overeat..
try to make good helthy food at home, and don't eat so much. just a little portion, u're not suppose to get ful, just eat so u're not very hungry. and don't think that u can never eat candy again, cuz thats just bull, but don't eat so much..;)
As for now, I'm not exercising at all. But I shuld, and I intend to start asap ;)
I lost alot of weight last year, january 2013. I had some boy problems, and I just wasn't hungry. I ate very little. as u can see I got from like 54 kg - 48 kg over some months/weeks. And I have actually kept that off for one year now!

      hope some of this helped?

      stay strong, xoxo <3

    2. You cant be small if you eat it all??? Hahahaha. Im 47 and had four kids and im 5ft 6 roughly. Yep i eat about 3000 calories a day and i sometimes pig out on junk. Im only 53 kilos. Yep. And im strong. Ive just started running again today after awhile off and on. And ill still be pigging out on about 3000 calories a day. By the end of this month ill be about 52 kilos. I dont eat small and i am small. Ill just run it off the next day. I eat lots of carbs rice pasta salmo and veggies etc. You know what? When i was your age i ate over twice as much as you and weighed less then you. So yeah top that off with having four kids and hitting menopause. So i would not boast if i were you. And your motto is not good. I do eat it all and im still small. Bye now

  20. This is disgusting. "looks like i'm underweight oops?" You're glamorizing anorexia. People should not look up to people like you. Diet the healthy way with exercise and good food not starving yourself. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

  26. It does not matter what she thinks. She is no doctor or a fitnes trainer or a dietician. She lacks knowledge and is only going on what she seems to think is a magical number on the scales in her sight. Sad. I will advice you better. I used to be a highly trained athlete. Its 80 percent diet and 20 percent excersice. You need to excersice at least 5 days a week. Start of by power walking for 30-40 mins 5-6 days a week. Eat lots of veggies and fish. Try to eat fish twice a week as it has lots of omega 3 and is very healthy for you. Try to eat rice and pasta once or twice a week. Make it wholemeal. Eat wholemeal bread too if your going to have a sandwich or two for lunch. Eat fruit. Plenty of veggies. You can build up from power walking 5-6 days a week for 30-40 mins to jog/walk for 30 mins 5-6 days a week. Always drink at least 3 litters of water a day. Stretch for about 10-15 mins before excersice. If you feel like it later on and once you feel fitter you can increase walk/jog to an easy jog or run for 30-40 mins 5-6 days a week. Dont focus on weight too much as it will come off but 42-43 kilos is way way under weight. You will build muscle and muscle weights more then fat. I hope i have helped a little bit.
